In this UGM session, we will conduct a hands-on training session using Imaris 11.0, which features a new “Workflow” function that makes it easier to perform repetitive analyses. We will cover basic visualization methods, explore detection and analysis functions for Spots, Surfaces, Filaments, and Cells, and provide an opportunity to try out Tracking.
By using AWS and bringing your own PC, you will be able to participate in the hands-on session directly from your own computer.

今回のUGMでは、新たに「Workflow」機能を搭載し、より繰り返し解析を行いやすくなったImaris 11.0を使用してハンズオントレーニングを行います。
基本的な視覚化の方法から、Spot, Surface, Filaments, Cellsそれぞれの検出・解析機能に触れ、Trackingも体験していただけます。
AWSを用い、PCをご持参いただくことで、個々のPCからハンズオンをしていただくことが可能です。
